KOKUA caters for all standards of fitness from those wanting to lose weight or improve their fitness to the specialised conditioning of elite sports men and women. Services include:

  • Specialised coaching for middle distance runners (5k to the marathon)

Individuals can be coached in safe and effective weight or cardiovascular training. Clients are given a consultation to establish their aims and ambitions from which a personalised training programme is developed.

  • Dumbbells to 30kg
  • Olympic barbells, weights and equipment
  • Swissball
  • Medicine Balls to 10kg

Workouts can also take place at your home, your local gym or workplace etc.
